We are so excited about today’s episode in which we got the chance to interview Peter Enns. Peter Enns is a professor at Eastern University and the author of multiple books including The Bible and the Believer, Genesis for Normal People, and How the Bible Actually Works. In addition, Pete is the host of the Bible for Normal People podcast!
Today we dive into reading the Bible from different angles and looking for wisdom instead of viewing it as a rule book. Pete discusses the importance of literary genres, language, and context. Together we explore deconstruction and what part the Bible plays in the process of making our inherited faiths our own.
